Project Development Coordinator (2412-PDC)

Our client in the Property Sector is seeking to recruit a Project Development Coordinator who will report to the Senior Project Executive / Head of Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior project executive/head of project in the overall smart city masterplan framework and development.
• Coordination with consultants and the company on the existing services for the Smart City.
• Coordination for the upgrading of existing services and coordination with the future development.
• Follow up on construction and handover of infrastructure works to the estate.
• Assist the senior project executive and participate on the road map of the smart city for the implementation of the sustainability.
• Assist and coordinate with the Smart city team the liaison with the authorities on the smart city clearance & permits.

Profiles:

• Qualification in Construction / Project Management / Civil / structural engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in construction developments / projects.
