Production Supervisor

We are searching for a Production Supervisor with 5 to 10 years of experience in Clean Room in Medical devices manufacturing sector.

You will Team up with our Production Team and will be responsible for the daily output of our cleanroom.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the job incumbent will be as per below:

Production Output

•      Prioritize and organize all production activities by station

•      Optimize the use of materials, equipment and employees by producing quality products

•      Perform the first troubleshooting activity on a process

•      Conduct Kaizen actions to improve process output or quality

•      Organize production processes/operators to ensure that productivity/quality targets are achieved

•      Address and coordinate with other departments the resolutions of any process deviations

•      Lead daily meeting

•      Generate weekly production report with the production manager

•      Anticipate bottlenecks, specify WOF priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved

•      Provide technical support on all product and processing related issues

•      Drive continuous manufacturing processes improvements using 5S and lean technique

Qualifications and Experiences:

-        A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields

-        5 to 10 years of experience working in Clean Room in Medical Devices Manufacturing sector

-        Good understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, CE and GMP requirements with ability to interpret these requirements and implement them

-        Good analytical and problem-solving mindset

-        Demonstrate strong communication skills

-        Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
