Beachcomber Catering is looking for an ideal candidate for the post of Prerequisite Supervisor, a professional who monitors the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for the Business Unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assign colleagues their duties and inspects work for conformance to Standard of Procedure
- Inspect building and common areas, including stairways and sections, for cleanliness
- Establish and educate colleagues on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Investigate complaints regarding prerequisite service and equipment, and takes corrective action
- Record data regarding work assignments and prepares periodic reports
- Examine room to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management
- Drive the auditing process to ensure the building is clean and safe.
Key Competencies:
- SC, Diploma or any relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping / Prerequisite.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional and effective communication skills.
