Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who will be responsible in proposing technical solutions based on customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre­-sales technical presentations and interactions with customers.
• Defining the scope and running Proof of concept trials with customers
• Proactively design the technical solution required to address customer requirements
• Responding to RFPs, developing technical & commercial proposals in discussions with our sales team

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in ICT related field from an accredited institution
• Two years’ experience in pre-sales position
• 2 years in systems support and/or network support
• Certification on Microsoft/Linux and hardware would be an advantage

 SKILLS:

• Sound communication and presentation skills in both English and French
• Team player
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to learn independently
