Piece Rate Clerk

To perform measurement on construction site for piece rate calculation (form work, concrete casting quantities, Rendering or any other piece rate)

Overall responsibility

The Piece Rate Clerk will be responsible to assist the Senior Project Cost Controller in the daily operations of the QS Department

  Duties:

• To perform measurement on construction site for piece rate calculation (form work, concrete casting quantities, Rendering or any other piece rate)
• Assist the Cost Controller for the preparation of claims /payments to subcontractors and workers.
• Measurement on work done on Site Supervisors /Foreman and check work done on site
• Compare daily attendance with work allocation
• Follow up and check plant time sheet
• Any other duties assigned by the QS team

The above list is not exhaustive, and the job holder may be asked to perform any other cognate duties incidental to his/her job. The Piece Rate Clerk reports to the Senior Project Cost Controller, or any other person designated by the Management.
