ENL AGRI LTD is currently looking for a payroll and admin officer for it`s office at Alma.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Payroll & Admin Officer will process payroll transactions, in compliance with releveant legislative and employment conditions framework working closely with HR department;
  • Ensuring that employee pay is calculated and paid out accurately;
  • Dealing with payroll queries from employees;
  • Processing data entries after verifying documents; Assist Management in the preparation of yearly & ad hoc project budgets;
  • Assist management in day-to-day administrative taks.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to provide accounting and administrative support to other departments and assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
  • Deputise for other payroll & admin officers during their absence.
Profile & Experience:
  • Diploma in business management or related field;
  • Knowledge of Sicorax Payroll will be an advantage;
  • Must be a good team player and be able to work under pressure;
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Reside in Moka Region;
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
