PA TO CEO
Duties and Responsibilities of Personal Assistant
· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
· Diary Management.
· Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
· Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
· Preliminary drafting of correspondence, preparing reports AND presentations on the CEO's behalf.
· Managing databases and filing systems.
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
· Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
· Collating and filing expenses.
· Conducting research on behalf of the CEO.
· Organizing the CEO’s personal commitments - household personnel management, personal tasks as assigned by CEO
· Any other cognate duties.
Education & Experience
Degree holder or at least a Diploma in Secretarial duties / Management or Administration
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Personal Assistant or in administration
• Must have valid driving license
