The client is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
. Responsible of the improvements, repairs and maintenance for the 3 self storage sites.
. Planning of work with the maintenance manager for the maintenance team of 6 people.
. Responsible of the Container Hire branch which involve purchasing of containers, modification and repairs of containers for the hire fleet, in charge of the container deliveries.
. Contribute to the development of the company, day to day improvements in the processing, marketing and strategies, new projects such as building of new storage facilities.
Profile:
. Degree holder in Project Management, Engineering or Facility Management
. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
. A background of project management, construction, production, purchasing is good.
. Good Managerial skills in overall operations
