Night Receptionist - Voilà Hotel

Voilà Hotel, a subsidiary of ENL Lifestyle, situated at Bagatelle Mall, is recruiting a full time Night Receptionist. Living in the Plaine Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.

Responsibilities: 

• Attend visitors/guest, deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. 
• Supply information regarding the Hotel to the general public, clients and customers.
• Process reservations, check-in & check-out of guests as per the set standards, in an efficient manner.

Qualifications, Profile & Experience:

• HSC / Bac / International Baccalaureat, with an NTC 2 in related field. 
• Past experience of at least 1 year as Receptionist in the hospitality sector will constitute an advantage.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, coupled with a high level of integrity 
• Customer service oriented with good administration skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. 
• Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment. 
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Able to work at irregular hours, at night and on a shift system.
• Living in the Plaines Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.
