Merchandisers

At Fairstep, we are a team of HR professionals who provide expert HR Consultancy & Recruitment Services.

Main Duties:

• Display the products of the organisation on shelves at clients’ location
• Optimise visibility of products and marketing/ promotional materials
• Restock and rotate products on shelves and stores
• Ensure correct price labelling on shelves
• Reinforce customer relationships & comply with operational procedures
• Ensure efficient customer service and resolve service issues
• Provide timely feedback on work related issues to Pre-Sellers and Management
• Maintain a professional image of the organisation at all times

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum SC
• 2-3 years’ experience in the FMCG sector

Ideal Profile:

• Good communication skills
• Willing to work long and odd hours (as & when required)
• Holder of a valid motorcycle license
• Fluent in English & French
• Morality Certificate
