The Merchandiser will be responsible for product appearance and supply in various points of sale with the aim of increasing sales.
Principal Accountabilities
• Ensure that stores, shelves or websites are stocked with the right types and quantities
of products
• Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store
• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
• Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors
• Monitor sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage
• Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
• Assess the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales
figures
Experience and Skills
➢ Secondary Education
➢ 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
➢ Good negotiation skills
➢ Excellent analytical skills
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
➢ Committed to provide outstanding customer service
➢ Clean driver’s licence for motorcycle (essential)

➢ Food Handler’s certificate
