JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains customer service in respect of sales administration, distribution stocks, relative to sales forecasts.
• Prospecting customers determine their potential.
• Conducting related surveying
• Takes firm orders of clients and prepare quotations.
• Handles all purchase orders.
• Handle orders for spares from suppliers upon requests from clients
• Deals with foreign suppliers concerning the terms and conditions of products.
• Ensures effective cost management.
• Ensures regular follow-up on debtors.

PROFILE

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering 
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing and knowledge in technical industrial equipment would constitute an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in similar position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation, prospecting, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• Holder of valid driving license
