Marketing Officer (Retail Banking) - (2417-MORB)

Our client in the banking sector is seeking to recruit a Marketing Officer (Retail Banking) who will report to the Vice President Retail Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Build a customer and channel connect through direct interactions, informal surveys to gather insights.
• Visit Corporates/ Institutions and Govt. Departments for marketing of Banking Products / Services. Making presentations and follow up subsequently.
• Strategize marketing for various loan products of the Bank and in turn support business and develop marketing campaigns for the same.
• Devise and present ideas/ strategies for marketing and prepare marketing proposals for approval of competent authorities.
• Co-ordinate and conduct client meetings and garner retail business for the Bank.
• Oversee and develop integrated marketing campaigns, conduct market research and analyze data to identify and define target groups for the company's business ideas and products.

Profiles:

• Holder of a degree with specialisation in Marketing.
• Five years experience out of which a minimum of two years in a financial sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
