Marketing Desginer

Join our team as a Marketing Designer. You will shape our brand identity and create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns. We seek someone with design expertise and B2B marketing know-how to boost UX and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, videos, presentation decks and company documentation.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing and company collateral.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns by providing design expertise and insights.
• Focus on designing for UX and ensure designs are conversion rate-focused.
• Proficiency in using a Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating marketing materials for B2B audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
