The job incumbent will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategies. He/she will manage and oversee campaigns geared at promoting Mont Choisy Group services.
Responsibilities:
• To develop and execute the plans for marketing campaign.
• Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events for all Mont Choisy entities
• Drafting of reports, creating content, and coordinating its proposal with the sales teams for their strategies to succeed.
• Provide monthly reports on strategy and action plan progress (Dashboard), with an overview on market trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape.
• Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
• Produce creative content including videos and the use of technological tools to make it visually appealing
• Responsible for logistics and delivery of all marketing material
• Organisation and coordination of all promotional activities as well as maintaining promotional materials inventory.
• Work with outsourced designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines as well as helping in the delivery of content that meets clients’ specifications
• To bring forward new ideas internally such as designing of corporate gifts, goodies etc…
• Execute all marketing database, newsletter, communiqué, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Work with media partners and attend their content needs
• Create marketing and communication tools: brochures, billboards, magazines, newsletters, banners, digital marketing tools, etc
• Prepare marketing agreements (LOA’s, Contracts, media contracts) and update the relevant database
• Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and other professionals
• Maintain organisation of the editorial strategy, content creation and resizing for multiple forms of communications
• Prepare marketing and communication action plan for the launch of new developments
• Attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups
• Monitoring of budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Monitor the market industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to the management each month.
• Responsible of administrative follow-ups (purchase orders, payment follow-ups), budget allocation and competitor analysis.
• Analysis & Tracking of Performance - measuring the performance of the campaigns
• Website monitoring and management

Education and Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales or relevant qualification
o Digital Marketing certificate is desirable
Experience:
o At least 3 years in the Sales/Marketing field
