KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-        To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in the delivery of his/her duties laying specific emphasis on digital marketing and traditional media management.
-        The Marketing & Communication Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the organization’s external communication.
-        To manage the digital platform of DMX in order to promote the brand and ensure visibility
-        Develop and maintain the company's brand image and identity.
-        Positioning of products in retail outlets and prospecting
-        Planning as a team the events for the year
-        Develop, execute and oversee comprehensive communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
-        Create and edit marketing materials, including promotional content, advertisements and product collateral.
-        Develop engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing channels
-        Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies
-        Abiding to Safety & Health Procedures

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or a related field
• At least 3 to 5 years in a similar position
• Organised with analytical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Marketing tools and techniques and Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
