Albert Trading Ltd is a representative and distributor of international leading brands in the power tools, hand tools, lighting and electrical accessories. We are currently looking for a Maintenance and Fleet Clerk to join the team to support the company’s business plan.

 

Albert Trading Ltd is a representative and distributor of international leading brands in the power tools, hand tools, lighting and electrical accessories. We are currently looking for talents to join the team to support the company’s business plan.

We are looking for a trustworthy Maintenance and Fleet Clerk whose responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnosing and manage the companies' fleet of vehicles.

To be successful as a Maintenance and Fleet Clerk, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be able to think on your feet. Outstanding Maintenance and Fleet Clerk should be able to constantly look for ways to innovate old methods and practices.

Maintenance and Fleet Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Delegating maintenance tasks to the team, and finding relevant service providers.
  • Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
  • Assit in the purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
  • Updating maintenance logs for all tools and machinery.
  • Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance.
  • Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
  • Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Checking the maintenance of our different outlets.
  • Coordinating the fleet of the Group.
  • Etc.

Maintenance and Fleet Clerk Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or National Trade Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Relevant licenses and certificates may be required.
  • Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading, would be advantageous.
  • Repair work experience.
  • Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience recommended.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Clear Morality Certificate
