Under the general direction of the Senior Sales Manager to pay attention to details, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating MICE business.
- Making sure quotes/requests are responded to in a timely manner within 24h.
- Promoting the Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Trésor products and services
- To create, maintain and extend client database and relationships.
- To make sure that the market segment produces and exceeds our expectations in terms of room nights, events and budget.
- To undertake daily sales calls and visits to existing and potential clients, while updating all actions.
- To conduct regular client visits in the property and entertain clients.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about the hotel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years experience in the field
- Have Sound knowledge of F&B Service
- Holder of a valid driving license
