Our client is looking for a Logistic Import/Export Officer for the Home Textiles and Decoration.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate and timely follow up on required shipping and trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-related documents.
• Coordinate import and export operations, including transportation arrangements, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process.
• Coordinate the customs clearance processes, including the follow up on customs declarations, payment of duties and taxes, and coordination with customs authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to LC operations, import/export activities, and customs clearance processes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, import/export operations, and LC management, preferably in the textile industry.
• Familiarity with LC terms and conditions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
