Legal Executive (2407-LE)

Our client, in the general freight forwarding and logistic activities is seeking to recruit a Legal Executive who will report to the COO of Africa.

Responsibilities:

• To look into claims and legal contracts.
• Coordinate with the legal desk in Belgium to respond to claim queries, fill client/insurance forms, keep records, follow up with the teams to compile, complete and follow up on each file.
• Responsible for initial vetting of client and supplier contracts and bring to Africa management for approval. 

Profile:

• Bachelor of Law.
• Ideal candidate would be with 5 years' experience in an insurance or legal background, logistics experience is helpful but not necessary.
• Knowledge of law and insurance is paramount.
• The person could be a junior lawyer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
