To support our younger guests with everything to keep them engaged and happy!
- Liaise with Kids Club Supervisor / Manager to create a safe environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with guests and children of different nationalities
- Be fully aware of Kids Club's Facilities, timings, rules and regulations
- Welcome guests and provide appropriate information on activities and kids Club facilities
- Responsible for check in each child and getting special instructions from parents
- Engage children in interactive activities that include dancing, organized Arts & crafts, storytelling and games
- Assist in the development and organization of entertainment programs and activities
- Inform guests feedback to Kids Club Supervisor / Manager
- Apply and respect standards of the Hotel policy
- Keep working area clean and tidy
- Ensure that all kids Club's equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control
- Inform Kids Club Supervisor / Manager for any need of materials for kids Club
- Effective teamwork
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Supervisor / Manager
- Ensure all kids Club rules and regulations are implemented at all times
- Must independently able to operate the activities and execute multiple tasks whole maintaining a high level of guest focus and meeting kids club department goals
- Ensure the children's safety at all times
- Kids Club Attendant supervises the children and oversees the operation in the Kids Club
Qualifications
- Minimum SC or any acceptable qualification
- Any recognized childcare qualification
- Fluent in English and French
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Sports knowledge a plus
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Flexibility to work in shifts
