KITCHEN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of KITCHEN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our outlets at TRIBECA MALL at TRIANON.

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Maintains a thorough log of activities and problems occuring in all outlets
•  Provides day to day maintenance under the direction of the Operations Manager
•  Executes duties according to Health & Safety Satandards
• Assists in various project works as per instructed by Operations Manager
• Carries out various maintenance works within outlets ( fictures, electrical, types of hardware etc..) as per instructions and keeps Operations Manager updated on assignments
• Follows up on any pending items that may be on order

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least  School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant qualifications or Vocational Technical Course

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience preferably in the hospitality industry.   

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about service. 
• High levels of integrity.                                                                        
• Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently in order to meet set deadlines.
• Good verbal communication skills in both English and French languages.  
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Clean certificate of character is a must.
