Junior Sales Advisor

Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. Promote and sell our services to new and existing customers (Individual and Corporate). Follow up with client’s appointment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell our services to new and existing customers (Individual and Corporate).
• Follow up with client’s appointment.
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ensure an excellent after-sales service by conducting close follow up.
• Keep record of all sales lead and update the customer database.

REQUIREMENTS

• HSC or Diploma
• At least one year of working experience (Automotive Mechanic would be an advantage
• Valid Driving License.
• Proficiency in English/French.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
