1. Generate CAD drawings based on markups 2. Conduct surveys on site as and when required 3. Relay detailed information in plan, elevation, and sectional view 4. Interpret architectural and designer drawings 5. Keep track of incoming and outgoing documentation for projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate CAD drawings based on markups
- Conduct surveys on site as and when required
- Relay detailed information in plan, elevation, and sectional view
- Interpret architectural and designer drawings
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing documentation for projects
- Perform administrative tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Certificate or diploma in draftmanship
- Fully conversant with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in similar position in MEP sector
Other Requisites:
- Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Knowledge in Revt will be an advantage
