Java developers

We are currently looking for Java developers at Junior/Senior/ Team leader level for one of our client:

Responsibilities:
 

• To support and develop the Java based systems.
• To design and develop new Java based systems as percustomer requirements
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing Java based systems.
• Manage the team to deliver projects and support effectively, ensuring timely delivery of artefacts.
• Set objectives for individual team members and monitor progress against them, providing regular feedback to both the management team and the team members.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our existing systems
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
• Manage the application installation and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
• Able to provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Provide programming for some in-house IT projects.
• Provide administration in live and test environments.
• Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
• Verify database and data integrity.
