JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team who has a minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience.

• Review tender documents received from consultants.
• Summarize contract terms and conditions.
• Carry out pre-tender site survey as required.
• Obtain quotes from various third party suppliers to obtain prices prior to submitting tender return.
• Assemble and record all of the various costing relevant to the project.
• Assist in preparing tender proposal.
• Submit tenders in accordance with the deadline indicated in the tender documents.
• Site measurements and re-measurements for claim purposes.
• Attend site meetings
• Prepare technical submission for the design team.
• Reporting of monthly progress of work.
• Preparing VOs (variation Orders).
• Checking the monthly progress payments prepared by the Projects Manager/Quantity Surveyor.
• Performing any ancillary duty which the company may assign to you.
