Ensure proper running of FRCI IT infrastructure.
Perform installation and/or configuration of computers, printers and assorted peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve computer operating, software/hardware problems and provides technical support as requested;
Perform and maintain system security and application backups;
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals
Prepares report on equipment problems; recommends actions to improve standard operating procedures.
Maintains confidentiality of information and data related to staff, customers and other users.
setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Report & follow-up all electrical and air condition issues to the respective supplier
Maintain up-to-date records.
