Job Purpose • To be responsible of IT systems in the hotel under the supervision of the Group IT Manager

Job Purpose

• To be responsible of IT systems in the hotel under the supervision of the Group IT Manager

Core Duties

• Attend to users complaints as requested (internal users and guests)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network system
• Troubleshoot IPTV and Wi-Fi system in room
• Troubleshoot Micros system
• Conduct verification of internet system performance/ TV channels/ Music in hotel.
• Connect and set up hardware, software and voice and data communication system
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all IT hardware and software.
• Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs.
• Monitor security of all technology
• Conduct inventory of IT equipments in the hotel
• Ensure hardware is stripped as per hotel procedure
• Comply with management systems requirement
• Ensure that all security, data-confidentiality, data protection and data privacy requirements are met
• Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the group IT Manager

Desired Profile

• Diploma in Information Technology
• At least 1 year experience in similar position
• Previous experience in hotel would be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of voice and data network technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and easily adapting to job requirements
• Co-operative personality and customer oriented
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
