Responsibilities:
•Attend to users' complaints as requested (internal
users and guests)
•Troubleshoot IPTV, Wi-Fi and Telephony system in room
•Troubleshoot all IT Technologies issues
•Support of Microsoft Office products to end users
•Conduct verification of internet system performance/ TV channels/ Music in hotel.
•Conduct preventive maintenance for all IT hardware and software.
•Checking daily backups,all system interfaces,server hardware and logs.
•Comply with management systems requirement
•Ensure that all security,data-confidentiality,data protection and data privacy requirements are met
•Back up and restore operation
•Provide training to end-users
•Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the group IT Manager.
Profile:
•Diploma/Bachelor’sDegree in computer science or related field
•CompTiaA+,CompTiaNetwork+,MCSA would be an advantage
•Minimum 2-3years of experience in similar field
•Fully conversant with Microsoft OS and applications
•Knowledge in all network hardware,switches and routers
•Knowledge in data cabling (CAT5E/6). Able to terminate RJ45jacks.
•Knowledge of Opera PMS and Symphony POS
•Flexible and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Proactive and well organized.
•Out going and friendly personality
