Our Client is looking for a results driven, creative and entrepreneurial Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities
People management:
- Demonstrates people development skills to support the professional growth of the HR department
- Embodies a leader figure, who seeks to support the team’s success first and foremost
- Ensures that the role and the overall HR support exhibits the highest standards on productivity, business conduct, business acumen, and accountability
- Has the necessary knowledge and expertise to act as mentor of the HR team of the company
Consulting:
- Provides guidance and support to business unit colleagues regarding the end-to-end HR processes: talent management, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and communication.
- Evaluates human relations and work-related issues and meets with the company’s leaders to ensure prompt resolution.
- Act as trusted business partner for the company, understanding current needs and future trends, and crafting the necessary solutions to ensure the company’s success on the talent management area.
- Embodies an open door policy and seeks to have a supportive, trustful relationship with leaders and individual contributors alike.
Strategy:
- Creates the necessary proposals and initiatives to ensure that the HR services meet organizational needs
- Understands the business and provides input on organizational effectiveness to ensure the optimal internal client satisfaction and the appropriate support to the country’s growth goals.
- Takes direct responsibility on the impact the HR organization has on the company’s performance, and is able to lead the HR department as a business oriented, results driven, high performance team.
Process & Policy Administration:
- Advices as Subject Matter Expert on local legislation, corporate policies and guidelines, and ensures the company’s adherence to the corresponding parameters.
- Acts as main responsible for ensuring the company has best-in-class work environment practices and procedures
- Understands the relevance of keeping up to date process, policies and records, and ensures the compliance of the HR department on this area
- Acts as main responsible for company’s HR audit processes, results, and corresponding improvement areas
- Coordinates with all necessary stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate HR delivery
- Takes a leadership role on HR policy roll-outs and implementations
HR Compliance:
- Ensures compliance of policies, procedures, and country’s legislation by monitoring the country’s operation and elevating concerns when necessary
- Warrants a harassment-free work environment in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and global standards
- Understand the regional Business and HR strategy, and ensures the team directly supports the growth goals of the company.
HR Data and Technology Management:
- Guarantees all HR systems are updated and support the team first, but other stakeholders as necessary, in order to ensure the correct use of the HR data management systems
- Demonstrates business savviness to produce reports and recommendations on all HR matters of expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar or equivalent position in the human resources area
- Due to our fast-paced, continuous growth, proven experience in hands-on recruiting as well as recruiting management is a must
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Experience on talent management, compensation & benefits, communication design, and organizational transformation is highly desired
- Experience on recruiting administration systems highly desired
