Role Overview:
As the Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on production, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions specifically tailored to support our production teams. You will work closely with both HR and production departments to ensure a seamless integration of HR policies and procedures within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews and reference checks, for production roles.
- Collaborate with production managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the hiring process for production roles.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new production team members, including orientation and training programs.
- Act as a liaison between production employees and HR department to address any concerns or issues.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures within the production department, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Provide support for performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
