• Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information and provide an efficient, confidential & effective payroll service to all employees of the company within deadlines set.
Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resource
- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company.
- Advising employees on employment law and the company’s own employment policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the company’s legal advisers on a regular basis regarding Court and Labour office cases.
- Attend court and Labour offices as and when required.
- Follow up of the cases at Court and Labour Offices.
Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll
- Input of Data (All allowances & deductions as per information received from all department and ensure accuracy of all information).
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information and provide an efficient, confidential & effective payroll service to all employees of the company within deadlines set.
- Produce and print monthly salary slips and distribute to employees.
- Make monthly payroll entries into the Payroll System (SICORAX) as per established procedures
- Annual and sick leaves administration.
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications and Education:
- At least Diploma in related fields
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a HR/ Payroll department.
- Knowledge of Mauritian Labour laws
- Knowledge of Sicorax
- Be fully computer literate
