The Housekeeping service is only available during the day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., no evening service.
As a Villa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay in our villas.

Responsibilities:
- Villa Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of assigned villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained to meet the highest standards.
- Linen and Towel Care: Manage the inventory and distribution of linens, towels, and other guest supplies to ensure an adequate and orderly supply at all times.
- Guest Requests: Attend promptly and courteously to guest requests, including additional supplies, amenities, or any specific housekeeping requirements, with a keen focus on delivering personalized service.
- Report Maintenance Issues: Observe and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in the villas to the appropriate departments to ensure a quick resolution.
- Laundry Management: Ensure guest laundry requests are handled efficiently and returned promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members, supervisors, and management to maintain a seamless and efficient housekeeping operation.
- Guest Interaction: Be courteous, friendly, and professional when interacting with guests, providing information whenever necessary.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
