HR Executive

Croissance Global Services (CGS), an established BPO, located in Ebene, looking for a HR Executive to join immediately.

HR Executive:

1. Handling end to end recruitment

2. Employee on-boarding & Induction

3. Issuing relevant letters to employees

4. Handling Employee Grievances and providing right solutions considering employee and employer.

5. Handling all Documentation of employees, maintaining Master data for all employees.

6. Designing events and Fun at work regularly for employee engagement

7. Work anniversaries and Birthday celebrations 

8. Handling all MIS reports related to HR and employees

9. Conduct exit Interviews and settle Full and Final Settlement

Education Qualification - Minimum Graduate with additional HR certifications.

Skillset –

Should be well informed about Mauritius Labour Law

Excellent Communication – English / Hindi

Employee Friendly

Ability to solve complex employee issues

Should be active and well-mannered.
