Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Freelance Excel Trainer to join our team. As a Freelance Trainer, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences. Whether it's in-person workshops, virtual webinars, or customized training programs, you will play a key role in helping participants acquire new skills and knowledge.

 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials and curriculum based on client needs
• Deliver training sessions in a professional manner, either in-person or virtually.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, activities, and exercises to enhance learning and retention.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of training programs.

Areas of Expertise:

• Excel Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level

 Qualifications:

• Degree holder in any IT related field

• Microsoft Certified Excel Trainer

 Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably 3 years in corporate training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
• Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and technology tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
