Avipro Co. Ltd company of the Eclosia Group, is a pioneer in the poultry sector in Mauritius. Its main activities are breeding and production, grouped respectively under the Farming and Processing entities.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Operations
•Organise Manpower planning for the section
•Supervise workers on site and to assist for technical issues.
•Prepare and schedule the planning of Ducks, ‘Poulet Fermier’ and Guinea Fowl.
•Ensure Section Machines, equipments and tools are cleaned and are safely secured.
•Ensure proper conduct and discipline of your team on site.
Quality
•Ensure quality standards are achieved as per set specifications
Health & Safety
•Follow HS rules and regulations as implemented by the Company.
•Emphasized safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment and ensure that health and safety guidelines are respected.
Profile
•Minimum SC or experience equivalent
•Reliable, with a team Spirit and ‘Can do attitude’.
•Follow an environmental friendly and hygienic policy while processing food.
•Maintain personal hygiene standards.
•To be a able to work in a food processing team.
•Promoter for animal welfare.
•1 Year of experience in a production environment
