This pivotal role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of our physical assets, ensuring their optimal functionality and performance. This role involves preparing architectural drawings, managing renovation/construction projects, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing facility maintenance to uphold our brand standards and ensure operational efficiency.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings for the construction and renovation of KFC outlets in accordance with Franchisor guidelines.
- Conduct regular site monitoring and assessments to identify maintenance needs for renovation and construction projects through frequent site visits.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints while upholding adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective coordination with internal teams and contractors.
- Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCADor similar architectural software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to construction, renovation, and facility management.
Profile
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in architectural design, and facility maintenance
