RESPONSIBILITIES
As F&B hostess, you will be responsible of welcoming and taking reservations of the guests in our different F&B outlets. In addition you will be assisting the guests in their requests inside the hotel’s premises, while communicating their requests or feedback to the relevant departments or management.

You will be responsible for providing the F&B manager with a shift report communicating all feedback both negative and positive, both pertaining to Guests as well as Staff. You will be the communication link between all F&B support departments.

The core duties are as follows:
> Ensure all operational communication is delivered in the briefing or handed over to the next shift, this includes reservations, special requests or vital information pertaining to guests or the operation
> Manage all reservations for all F&B outlets
> Welcome each guest arriving into restaurant. Assist them to the table of choice and introduce them to their Chef de Rang.
> Follow up on each guest during their dining experience offering services or seeking opportunities to exceed their expectations.
> Order all stationary for F&B
> Provide shift reports as required by F&B manager
> Any other cognate duties as requested by the F&B Manager
PROFILE
> Minimum HSC or equivalent
> 2 years relevant experience in an F&B position
> Experience in a five star hotel would be a definite advantage
> Excellent communication (verbal & written English & French) & interpersonal skills
> A third international language would be advantageous
> Well groomed
> Strong organisational & planning skills
> Ability to work well under pressure
