Participate in sports and leisure activities to entertain guests in hotel in related field as per standards

Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times

Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required

Give relevant and up-to-date information to guest

Cutomize training program for guests

Welcome guests and give information and advice on respective activities and facilities

Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement

Encourage guests to participate in various sports and leisure / entertainment activities

Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel

Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control

Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Sports and Leisure Manager

Encourage upselling

Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / musicians for any special events

Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program

Propose solutions to all sport / evening entertainment operating problems

Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities

Help in the preparation and organisation of evening / sport entertainment
