Maintain, repair, and installation of bakery and pastry equipment around the island. Carrying out safety checks, ware, and tare and ensuring proper functioning of the equipment to guarantee continuity of production of our clients. A valid driving license is a plus.
Ensure maintenance of equipment on a monthly basis.
On call for repairs.
Ensure proper installation of equipment ( mounting and disassembly).
Ensure preventive inspection to avoid to maximum rupture in production process of clients.
