ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

Installation of electronic security systems as per the plan provided

Repairs and maintenance of electronic devices
Review or implement cabling where necessary
Undergo tests upon installation and/or maintenance to ensure that the system is operational
Assist the client in the usage of the electronic system
Advise the client on possible upgrade or review of their security system
Ensure that the client commissioning is properly filled and signed off by the customer

Qualifications:

• Certificate / Diploma in Electronics / Network / PC / IT / Electrical/ Electronic
• SC/HSC Minimum
• Minimum 1 year in CCTV/Alarm/ Access Control installations and repairs from a similar position
• IT network skills - Software applications install and manage, Switches, Cat6 cabling, rack cabinets and patch panels
• CCTV/Alarm installations and repairs
• Driving Licence (Private Car, Manual Gear)
