An E-Commerce Executive, you will create plans that address the aesthetics and usability of the online stores and digital platforms. Day to day, you'll be responsible for building product upload files, tracking inventory levels.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At the Management’s discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Revenue Manager to optimize the revenue of Constance Hotels properties and ensure that they are in line with the market.
  • Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy for each one of the properties, consolidating the rate and availability parity across channels.
  • Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the group's Channel Manager system (SynXis)
  • Act as the main contact person within the group for CMS related issues, being able to communicate effectively with both CRO and the properties.
  • Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet.
  • Assist the Revenue Manager in the elaboration of the different reports.
  • Run on a monthly basis a comprehensive report on the overall online production.
  • Interact with the different involved departments (CRO, Marketing, E Business), to make sure that all online efforts are consistent with the group's strategy.
  • Perform these and other duties required.

Candidate requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
  • 1-3 years experience in the E-Commerce or Administration
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse and cross functional teams.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical competence, proficient knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of a Channel Manager System (SynXis or equivalent) 
  • “Can do” attitude and superior “people” skills.
  • Extraordinary time management skills
  • Detail oriented
