E-Commerce Coordinator (1728-ECC)

Our client is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Manage online travel agents websites / Extranet in terms of rate management, profile management/maintenance;
Assist E-Commerce Administrator with new implementation/project;
Manage all our booking engines on our websites and 3rd party websites (contents, rates, availability);
Verify all our extranets and keep informed about all new bookings;
Availability management of rooms on websites by using e-commerce tools;
Prepares data reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data on a weekly, monthly, ad-hoc statistics for all online bookings;
Handling of queries from online guests;
Bookeeping of payments;
Plan, schedule and attend regularly meetings - agendas, webinars, WebEx, training;
Preparing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis;
Assist in creating and revising systems and procedures for ongoing/new projects;
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement tasks either through offline or online channels;
Supports teams - Central reservation office, hotels, Finance department by providing assistance in using e-commerce tools.

Profile

Degree in Computer Science and or experience in Hospitality management or equivalent field to E-commerce;
At least 2 years' working experience in e-commerce or trade extranets, loading systems;
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage;
Computer literate including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS;
Ability to adapt and learn quickly;
Ability to multi task and be detail oriented;
Understand web languages such as html, asp, java;
Possessing a driver s license would be an advantage.
