Fine Line Contracting Ltd situated at Rivière Citron, Arsenal is looking for an experienced Driver.

Duties and responsibilities

• Transportation of employees for work-related purposes as per planning in a safe manner.
• Ensure all materials transported are not damaged due to reckless driving.
• Ensure company vehicle is clean, regular verification of fluid levels and maintenance of vehicle; include servicing and any other maintenance items.
• Keep proper records of mileage in logbook and refueling records/receipts.
• Ensure time in and out including mileage details and whereabouts are properly recorded in appropriate logbooks for verifications and records purposes.
• Carry out general office duties as communicated.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Purchase and collection of materials and items.
• Report any vehicle breakdown immediately to Team Leader.
• Ensure compliance with Road Traffic Act and refrain from over speeding.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are properly applied.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain good hygiene, free of debris, and hazard free.
• Ensure that object/materials which are heavy are not hand lifted solely to avoid any health and safety concern. Seek assistance from team members.
• Any other cognate duties and as instructed by Manager.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience as Driver.
• Any other driving license other than private car would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Road Traffic Act.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Excellent health conditions and physically fit.
• Ability to work odd hours and during weekends.
• Punctual, trustworthy and professional approach.
• Has a clean certificate of character.
