Espace Maison Ltée is recruiting a dynamic and self-motivated Deputy Branch Manager to assist the Branch Manager of its unit located at Beau Vallon.

 

 Key Result Areas:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain shop inventory
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Representatives
  • Monitor shop operating costs, budgets and resources
  • Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

 Required profile:

  • Minimum qualification : Diploma in Management
  • At least 2 years of experience at Management level, preferably in the retail industry
  • Sharp business mindset with good negotiating skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and mediation skills
  • Positive mindset with a can-do approach
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Ready to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driving license
