Who we are looking for

As a member of Sales Excellence Team and reporting to the Sales Operations Cluster lead, the Sales Operations Database Analyst is responsible of controlling and ensuring quality of ACV recognized in our CRM system.

The Sales Operations Database Analyst will work across multiple countries and cross-functionally with sales operations, sales, data quality team.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to work well under pressure and comfortable handling large quantity of data. You're able to meet deadlines without compromising on quality and always following process.

What You'll Do

• Ensure integrity and timeliness of Sales metrics reported in Sales Force

• Implement & run Sales audit process post signature deal value audits (how does it compare to contract and sales reporting)

• Report on ACV won at the end of each period following the different metrics used with the markets

• Identify areas for data quality improvements and liaise with Sales ops clusters for corrective actions identification

• Support Sales Operation cluster leads in sales business analysis

• Generate reports and summaries of data corrective activities

• Conduct routine data quality checks to identify and rectify errors.

What You'll Need

• Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (Essential)

• Experience of using Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential 

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively (Essential)

• Able to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload

• Team player, positive attitude
