Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a Digital Executive to consolidate its marketing and digital team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan.
•Manage company's digital assets. (websites, social media, email marketing, etc.).
•Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics to continuously improve strategies.
•Assist in the setting up of standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance of the ecommerce website.
•Work closely with different teams (The Shop, Graphics, Commercial) to provide updated content that will be shared across E-Commerce platforms.
•Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
•Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and other software to stay organized.
•Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•BSc degree in Marketing or Digital or relevant fields
•5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in managing complex campaigns including 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, ECommerce business and/or hands-on experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce websites/portals
•Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) or editing tools.
OTHER REQUISITES:
•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
•Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours.
