DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE - BEACHCOMBER CATERING

Beachcomber Catering is looking for a dynamic Demi Chef de Partie to join their Production Department.

 

Main responsibilities:

 •To ensure that quality of food that are being prepared are of highest standard;

•Be responsible for stocks and control of wastage;

•Always provide a professional service to our clients and ensure client’s complaints are being communicated accordingly;

•Carry out cleaning within your department and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

 Qualifications and profile:

 • SC or equivalent

•NC3 in Food Production or equivalent

 

Other Requirements:

 •High level of integrity

•Passionate about service

•Creative in terms of quality and food presentation

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate

•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays

•A clean certificate of character is a must
