A customer service agent is responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and facilitating transactions on behalf of a company or organization.

 

We are looking for Both English and French Speaking Agents

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer enquirers, and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work together with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously improve your customer service skills and knowledge through training and development.

Requirements: 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to converse with others.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, data protection and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Capable in Microsoft Office.
