We are urgently looking for a telephonist for a period of one month. We remain at your disposal if you need any further information.
Job Description :
- answering and connecting calls using a computerised switchboard system
- testing lines and reporting faults
- updating directories
- taking and passing on messages
- carrying out basic administration tasks
- working in a team with ‘front of house’ staff
Candidate profile :
- Minimum HSC
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in english and French
